TO REGISTER FOR WINTER AND SPRING CLINICS, CLICK ON THE REGISTRATION BUTTONS BELOW. PLEASE INDICATE IN THE EMAIL THE FOLLOWING: CHILD'S NAME, AGE AND CLINIC CHOICE FOR EACH CHILD.
Due to increased participation of students within our past clinics, we now have a limit of twenty-five (25) participants allowed for each session. Therefore, we are enrolling students first come, first reservation. This includes parents with children that have participated in previous clinics. You must have forms completed to reserve your child's spot. We will inform parents by email if the limit has been reached before the deadline date.
Participation is crucial in developing or strengthening skills in a sport. Therefore, we are requesting of each parent, if you’re enrolling your child or children in the clinic, the child must commit to attending weekly. While we do understand this clinic is free and unexpected life events happen, we are committed in our purpose and mission with each clinic. Therefore if a child misses three days, they will be dropped from the program and can register for the following session. We are also requesting if the parent is aware that their child or children will miss any days, an email is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to our administrative staff.
If the child has repeated absences for more than two sessions, we will place the child on a probationary status. Therefore, your child would only be allowed to miss two days of the current session. If they miss two days, they would be dropped from the remaining time of the current session as well as the following clinic. The parent(s) would be notified when they can reapply for the next clinic.
Attire and Check-In
Please make sure that each child brings or wears proper athletic attire to participate. We are requesting that all parents come into the gymnasium with child/ren on the first day of the clinic, to check their child in.
Thank you all for the support!
